- 01We’re not about going through the motions, we’re about mastering them. Our classes are intentionally kept small, allowing for personalised guidance, precise cueing, and a deeper connection to your movement. We prioritise form, control, and progression, combining contemporary Pilates with classical principles to help you build strength safely and effectively. Every session is thoughtfully programmed so you continue to see real results over time. Beyond the physical, we’ve created a calm, boutique environment where you feel supported, not overlooked. You’re not just another number in a class. You’re part of a community that genuinely cares about your progress.
- 02Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly while still challenging, so you can start at any level with confidence. Classes follow a consistent structure, so you can build confidence over time. Whether you’re trying Reformer or Mat Pilates for the first time, we’ll guide you through each movement at your own pace.
- 03In your first class, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you’ll be guided through each movement with care and precision. Your instructor will help you get familiar with the Reformer or Mat setup, explain key cues, and ensure you feel comfortable throughout the session. You don’t need any prior experience. Just come in comfortable activewear, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- 04Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely and lets our instructors clearly guide your alignment and technique. For hygiene and safety, grip socks are mandatory during Reformer and Mat classes. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available at the studio. Bring yourself, a water bottle, and a readiness to move with intention.
- 05Our memberships are designed to be simple, flexible, and supportive of consistency. You can choose between options that suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer a set number of classes per week or more flexibility with class packs. All memberships give you access to our boutique Reformer and Mat Pilates classes, with small class sizes and expert instruction. Bookings are made through our online schedule on Momence, so you can easily plan your sessions in advance and stay consistent with your routine.
- 06Yes, we understand that life happens. You’re able to pause your membership up to 6 weeks per calendar year, and cancellations can be arranged in line with our terms. We aim to keep things fair and flexible, while still supporting consistency in your practice. If you ever need help with your membership, just reach out. We’re always happy to assist.
- 07We know things don't always go as planned! You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your class without any charge. For cancellations outside of this notice period, or if you don’t show up, the class credit will be forfeited and a $20 accountability fee applies. This ensures fairness for all clients and helps us maintain our small, boutique class experience.
- 08Our classes are designed with control, alignment, and proper technique at the core, which can be supportive for many clients with previous injuries. That said, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first and letting our instructors know about any injuries before class so we can guide and modify movements safely.
- 09Yes, absolutely! Pilates can be incredibly beneficial during pregnancy when done safely and under proper guidance. It helps strengthen your core and pelvic floor, improves posture, and supports your body through each trimester. For safety, we recommend you get medical clearance before joining classes, and let us know in advance so our instructors can provide appropriate modifications and guidance to keep you comfortable and supported throughout your session.
- 10Yes! Pilates is for everyone, regardless of gender. Our classes help men build strength, flexibility, core stability, and posture in a controlled and safe environment. Many male clients find that Pilates enhances performance in other sports, reduces injury risk, and improves overall mobility.
- 11Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with springs to add resistance and support, allowing for a wide range of controlled, strength-focused movements. Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small equipment to build core strength, stability, and control. Both focus on precision, alignment, and mindful movement, just with different approaches.
- 12Yes! We offer private 1:1 sessions and private group bookings. These are ideal if you’re looking for more personalised attention, working towards specific goals, or celebrating a special occasion in a more private setting.
